The Work Wiser. Live Fuller Entrepreneurship Retreat is a 3-day private strategy intensive for women who are transitioning into consulting and entrepreneurship.

Vision, identity, and the business you are actually building. We begin with clarity. Double down on who you are, who you serve, and the unique authority that makes you irreplaceable in your market. You will leave Day 1 knowing exactly what you are building and why it matters.
Offer design, pricing strategy, and the business model that works for your life. This is the working day. You will build your offer suite, set your pricing with confidence, and design the client journey that turns expertise into income.
Go-to-market strategy, client acquisition, and your 90-day action plan. Day 3 is about momentum. You will leave with a concrete, personalized plan for getting your first clients or scaling the ones you have and the community to hold you accountable to it.

Tyneeta Canonge is the founder of WE Consulting, a leadership coaching and consulting firm rooted in equity, liberation, and the belief that the most powerful thing a woman can do is build a business that is wholly hers.
As a former educator, organizational leader, and equity practitioner, Tyneeta brings the rare combination of deep institutional knowledge and real entrepreneurial experience to every room she leads. She has helped leaders across sectors clarify their vision, build their leadership and step into the full authority of who they are.
In its first year full time, WE Consulting’s revenue replaced her full salary. In Q1 of year two of running her business full time, she has already earned her previous annual income and is on track to do it again before the year ends. Because she strives to walk along side other women towards more liberated leadership, this year she began teaching other aspiring entrepreneurs in a six month coaching program.
This retreat is the distillation of everything she has learned, and she is sharing it with the women who are ready to work wiser and live fuller.
