WE can’t wait to host you in my city! Bookmark this page for easy access to all the “know before you go” details.
Feel free to email info@wecoachingandconsulting.com with any questions.
What is 2LXNOLA?
It was born from a simple truth: leadership is shaped by history, story, community, and the choices we make when no one is watching.
Your four-day, immersive leadership journey fuses cultural history, storytelling, and identity-conscious leadership practices. You’ll learn about leadership as you witness it, feel it, walk through it, and reflect on your own roles as leaders within systems that continue to evolve.
Created by Tyneeta Canonge—a nationally recognized DEI strategist, educator, rest advocate, and descendant of the New Orleans civil rights movement—this experience honors the past while equipping leaders to build a braver, more equitable future.
You’ll engage with historians, local culture bearers, wellness advocates, and today’s leaders who understand the nuanced realities of leading while navigating identity and power dynamics.
WE can’t wait to host you in the city that I love so much.
