About Your Coach
Tyneeta Canonge knows exactly how it feels to need a vision refresh. After 30 years as an educational leader, she was running on empty. She questioned her impact, felt stuck, and needed clarity. She took the time to do some soul searching and realized it was time to pivot and use her agency to build WE Consulting, an equity focused leadership consulting firm.
With a master’s degree in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a deep commitment to supporting beloved communities, Tyneeta draws from a legacy deeply rooted in the civil rights movement. She brings a powerful blend of historical insight, lived experience, and innovative strategies to every space she occupies. Her philosophy is grounded in the principles of interconnected humanity and community-centered leadership, inspired by her family’s enduring contributions to racial equity in New Orleans and beyond. She's coached professionals, organizations, and community leaders through the exact moment of reconnecting with their values and charting a clear path forward.

Legacy Lab: A Vision Setting Masterclass (2 hours, in-person)
1. Who is this workshop for? This masterclass is designed for early to mid-career professionals, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and anyone who feels called to lead with clarity but currently feels stuck, scattered, or uncertain about their direction.
2. Do I need to be a formal leader to join? Nope! Leadership is about influence, not titles. Whether you’re guiding a family, a team, a community group, or just yourself through a new chapter. You belong here.
3. What exactly will we do? We’ll: *Reflect on your current leadership vision (or lack thereof). *Explore your core values and what impact feels most aligned right now. *Identify the social, political, or personal challenges getting in your way. *Create a simple, actionable plan to take your next leadership step with confidence.
4. What will I walk away with? *A clear, personalized leadership vision statement. *A practical next step you can take immediately to get unstuck. *Tools to help you revisit and realign your vision whenever life shifts.
5. Is this class in-person? The session is in-person and interactive. The location will be shared after registration. Additionally, you'll be invited to schedule a 30 minute clarity and accountability call after you complete the class.
6. Do I need to prepare anything? You'll receive a copy of the Legacy Lab Workbook, so- it, a pen, and an open mind are all you need. If you want to get extra ready, think about one area of your life where you’re feeling stuck or unsure about your next steps.
