"In 2021, NMA was declared an anti-racist school, yet, we needed help putting our vision into action. We consulted with Tyneeta to help us streamline our equity work. Tyneeta facilitated two equity retreats with our Board of Trustees, a leadership retreat with key school administrators, listening sessions and one-on-one conversations. From the beginning, Tyneeta listened to what we wanted and offered expert guidance without judgement, understanding that our staff are at different places in terms of cultural competencies. She helped to create a clear equity vision and a 3 year equity strategic plan. She has been phenomenal to work with and I look forward our our ongoing partnership."
